Where we ship
We currently ship Australia-wide to residential and business addresses, plus PO Boxes and parcel lockers where Australia Post accepts them. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. During sale periods and peak seasons (such as Christmas), dispatch can take up to 3 business days.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders of $79.99 AUD or more.
- Orders below $79.99 AUD are charged a flat shipping rate that is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Express post may be offered at checkout at the carrier’s published rate.
Delivery estimates
Once dispatched, standard Australia Post delivery is typically 2–7 business days depending on your location. Regional and remote areas can take longer. Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your parcel is lodged with the carrier.
Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, email us at hello@pawsontrek.com and we will open an enquiry with Australia Post.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, damaged on arrival, or shows as delivered but never arrived, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to trace the parcel and, where a replacement is not available, provide a remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Address changes
Please email us as soon as possible if you need to change a delivery address. We can usually update an order before it is dispatched. Once a parcel is with the carrier, an address change is not always possible and may incur a redelivery fee charged by the carrier.
Duties and taxes
All prices include GST where applicable. There are no additional duties or taxes for orders delivered within Australia.
